• 1. Physical Examination: A good, thorough physical examination may reveal developing problems and/or conditions that may be easily and inexpensively corrected if caught early.

• 2. Vaccinations: All the sweet little animals are coming out and about have close encounters with your pets. And with each encounter there's the risk of spreading serious, expensive to treat and sometime incurable diseases to your pets. For a few bucks for the vaccines, you can save yourself hundreds (or even thousands) of dollars and your pets a lot of pain and agony.

  Check your records for when your pets are due for their:

  • Rabies (dogs, cats and horses)

  • Distemper/Parvo Combination vaccines (dogs);
  • Feline Respiratory (FVRCP+C) (cats);
  • Feline Leukemia (cats); and,
  • EEE, WEE, VEE, Tetanus, West Nile, and optionally Potomac Horse Fever (horses).

• 3. Simple. quick lab tests:
  • Heartworm test, if one has not been completed in the last 12 months (dogs and cats);
  • Intestinal Parasite Exam, if one has not been completed in the last 12 months (dogs and cats)

  Now is the time to stock up on the following parasite preventatives
